गुजरात: अहमदाबाद में गिरी 4 मंजिला इमारत, एक की मौत, रेस्क्यू जारी

गुजरात के अहमदाबाद के ओढव इलाके में रविवार शाम चार मंजिला इमारत अचानक गिर गई। इस हादसे में अबतक 1 शख्स का शव और 6 लोगों को सुरक्षित निकाला जा चुका है, वही अभी पांच अन्य लोगों के दबे होने की आशंका है। बताया जा रहा है कि इमारत के दो ब्लॉक गिरने से यह हादसा हुआ है।

हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड की टीम मौके पर पहुंच चुकी है। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन अभी भी जारी है। बताया जा रहा है कि इमारत में दरार के चलते शनिवार को ही बिल्डिंग को खाली कर दिया गया था। बिल्डिंग 40 साल पुरानी बताई जा रही है।

गृह राज्यमंत्री प्रदीप सिंह जडेजा ने कहा, ‘इमारत को अहमदाबाद नगर निगम के अधिकारियों द्वारा कल उस समय खाली कराया गया था जब उन्हें लगा कि इमारत कभी भी गिर सकती हैं। लेकिन कुछ निवासी आज वापस आए और वे इनके ढहने के वक्त इमारत के अंदर ही थे।’
